There are a number of options for classes:

 
OPTION 1 – Private setting
I come to you in the comfort of your own home, on dates/times that suit you.

OPTION 2 – Group classes
Location: Various Locations. See timetable below
MAX 5 couples per group

OPTION 3 – Organise a private group at home.
Do you have a group of friends pregnant at the same time, whom would like to do the class with? Is Maslin Beach not your local? Then I can come to you! For groups 3 couples or more. 
We decide together on dates, time and location that suit us all.
Investment: From $650 per couple

  • I have had so many enquiries for the new year it has made me do a little happy dance 💃 It has also kicked my arse into gear, making me organise and lock in some dates!   • I repeated and meditated on this affirmation throughout most of my pregnancy with Lakey. It was also on repeat (in my head) throughout my entire labour. It was a constant reminder for me to completely trust my body, trust my baby and SURRENDER to the process 💫 Even though during the early days, I didn’t fully believe it, by the end of my pregnancy, I absolutely did. This is why is it SO important to practice, practice, PRACTICE your new core beliefs about birth, to say them until you fully believe them, to sit with them and own them. I found such peace in just allowing my body to do exactly what it was designed to do, what women have been doing for as long as time began 🌸 ‘For a majority, Birth is not a medical event, it is a physiological process that is engrained into every fibre of our mammalian body’. Jenna Ross Surrendering to the intensity of brith also allows you to manage the ‘pain’ without resistance. When you accept what is, it truly becomes easier ✨ *Photos of me pregnant with Lakey. I haven’t really shared any of my pregnancy photos only because I (regrettably) never got any professional photos taken. So here I am (proudly) sharing the not so instagram perfect shots of me with bed hair, mess in the background and belly front and centre 🥰 If you would like to know more about how affirmations can help change your mindset around birth (and mindset is everything!) please get in touch.   • Birth is BIRTH. Let me get this straight- It doesn’t matter how you birth your baby- vaginally, caesarean, free birth, home birth, medicated or not- YOU BIRTHED YOUR BABY. You brought LIFE into this world. Don’t let anyone take that away from you - you’re a goddess of creation! What matters is: how you FELT at your birth. Coming out of birth feeling empowered and happy regardless of the situation, is what I want for ALL women. In the HB course we prepare you so no matter what turn your birthing takes- you remain calm and peaceful, knowing you made educated choices and did everything in your power to prepare the best way you could. Even if special circumstances arrive and you birth in a way that wasn’t in your plan, you still come out feeling supported, cared for, listened to and empowered.
