There are a number of options for classes:

 
OPTION 1 – Private setting
I come to you in the comfort of your own home, on dates/times that suit you.

OPTION 2 – Group classes
Location: Various Locations. See timetable below
MAX 5 couples per group

OPTION 3 – Organise a private group at home.
Do you have a group of friends pregnant at the same time, whom would like to do the class with? Is Maslin Beach not your local? Then I can come to you! For groups 3 couples or more. 
We decide together on dates, time and location that suit us all.

  • What a way to finish up for the year! My last (beautiful) group for 2022 and gosh, what a year it has been! Feeling sooooo much love and support by everyone around me. I couldn’t have started this journey into the birthing world without my hubby @kindregards backing and believing in me 💯 of the way, my family and friends editing my work, guiding me and being my emotional rock during this transition, all the referrals and recommendations, business help, likes, shares- the list goes on! It really does take a village and I am so thankful 💗 And a big thank you to YOU mamas for trusting me to take you and your birthing partners through this sacred journey- especially my very first group- I am eternally grateful! I have been blown away with the number of mothers wanting to own their birth rite. How wonderful to see this shift, and it’s is only the beginning. Scott and I had a private HB practitioner come to us when we were preparing for Lakey’s birth. Jesse was only little at the time, so we put him to bed and then did our class in our lounge room at home. Absolute gold! If class times don’t suit you, or you’d prefer a private setting, please get in touch. Or if you have another couple (or 2,3,4!) that want to do it together, I can also teach to private groups.   • Placenta Praise 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 How incredible is the placenta?! The placenta has been your baby’s life force for their entire time in your womb. Even when your beautiful baby comes into this world, they are still receiving blood, oxygen and nutrients through the umbilical cord and placenta. This allows your baby to slowly adjust to the world around them, gently relying less and less on the placenta to breathe. The umbilical cord stops pulsating approximately ten minutes after baby is born (you can actually see it pulsating it is so cool and it completely changes colour!). The placenta also carries around 30% of baby’s iron stores. Therefore, it is ESSENTIAL that clamping of the cord is delayed, to allow that rich blood supply to be fed to baby, as well as allowing a gentle adjustment for bubs, who is learning to breathe through their lungs for the very first time. Birthing the placenta also needs to be treated with the same sacredness of birth, hence why we include it in HB as a part of the birthing phase. You still need the same calm and relaxed environment to help release all those beautiful hormones, like oxytocin which helps your body to surge and bring your placenta out into this world, gently and intact. Some people like to encapsulate their placenta, others like to take it home and use it to plant a tree. The other night at Yoga, my yogi instructor Cindy read this out to the class as we were lying in savasana (it was written by her yogi teacher) and it resonated with me on so many levels, especially when connecting with birth! I loved it so much I had to share.
